The minute you wake up in the morning, your mind is very clear and fresh. This is the time that you need to visualize your day ahead. Take at least 5 minutes and meditate upon what you want to accomplish throughout the day. It could be appointments you have to honor, people you need to call, things you need to get done and so on and so forth.

As the law of attraction says, whatever you focus your mind and energy on shall manifest. Make sure you meditate on positive things so that you send positive vibrations to the universe.

This is traditional for the Chinese people. Take a glass of warm water before every meal. Taking enough water is one of the easiest healthy habits to establish. It can go a long way to help you with weight loss. Probably that is why most Asian and Chinese people are not obese. 3.Take healthy breakfast

Kindly do not skip meals. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Make sure that you take a healthy meal. It is one of the ways to get your metabolism on track. If you eat a healthy meal shortly after you wake up, you are simply commanding your brain to start working on instructing your digestive system to work on the food hence warming up your metabolism. When you skip breakfast, it results in a slower metabolism which consequently results in fewer calories burned.

4.Eat regularly, Eat vegetables

Throughout the day, you need to take small portions of regular meals. In order to be fit and healthy, avoid large meals and strive to take healthy vegetables and fruits throughout the day. Women should not go up to 3 hours without eating something. The reason being it signals the production of cortisol, also known as the stress hormone. If you have high cortisol levels, it causes your body to store fat in the abdominal region. This I am sure is not what you want because belly fat is the most stubborn fat to lose.

5.Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
