This recipe has been doing the rounds in my family for ages now….it was one of the first recipe’s that I was eager to learn when I had just begun cooking….it was amazing to see how once you add the vinegar into the boneless chicken pieces, alchemy-in other words MAGIC transpires….the vinegar will give this dish a mesmerizing sweet and sour flavor ….team this recipe with any bread, chapatti, parantha, naan or even rice….what I love the MOST about this recipe is that this chicken tastes even better the following day!!!
It’s a simple dish to prepare and will consistently draw the attention of all the kids…this adaptability is godsend, try pairing it up with something different every time you cook this recipe….
