How to make RED CABBAGE COLESLAW
Red cabbage coleslaw is a very healthy food not only for the stomach but also for the eyes as it makes a very fine color combination of crunchy red cabbage with apples and corns.
WHAT YOU NEED?
3 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
½ cup natural rice vinegar
1 ½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Zest of one lemon
½ teaspoon maple syrup
¾ teaspoon celtic salt
1 head red cabbage shredded
¼ cup fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼Teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ cup sweet onion chopped
HOW TO MAKE IT?
STEP 1:
In a large boil, a mixture of olive oil, vinegars, maple syrup, cayenne and pepper are put together and whisked until smooth.
STEP 2:
Add red cabbage, parsley, cilantro and onions to this mixture and stir well.
Now let the mixture n the bowl stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
And with this, your red cabbage coleslaw is ready to eat.
