So I suddenly realised the other day that we are four months in to the new year and I haven’t done so much as refused even one single pastry or greasy takeaway in order to kick start “the healthier me” in time for summer, let alone joined a fitness class of any kind. Yes, once again I have convinced myself that everything I plan to change will be put in to action…just not right now….maybe tomorrow! The inevitable guilty feeling then returned followed by a wave of nausea once I stopped kidding myself and got back on the scales to be completely horrified. So for the millionth time, I swore that the new me begins now. It really does get to a point where no amount of concealer and powder can hide the red blotchy skin that comes from overdoing the junk food. All my naughty eating really is becoming visibly obvious. Something has to be done.
So here we are, I decided to come online and do my research in to Yoga. After all, I want to ease myself in slowly and I have heard wonderful things about it being good for the body and mind and relieving stress. Considering all I know is that Jen Aniston and Madonna rave about it all the time, I thought it wise to find out what I would be getting myself in to. However, as usual, I end up distracted and scouring the Internet for new make up instead. When I finally get back to the topic at hand I end up highly amused by images of animals doing yoga and I just had to share!

Now I know that you are sitting there cooing over how unbelievably cute the pictures are but obviously, they are not for real. The creation is that of Dan Borris who used real kittens and pups as models and then adjusted the photographs using photoshop.
